CD307e is a surface protein expressed selectively on naive mature B cells and on bone marrow plasma cells, and binds to all IgG isotypes. CD307e functions as an inhibitory coreceptor on mature B cells in humans via the recruitment of the phosphatase SHP-1 to its two immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIM). CD307e can also exist in soluble form and high levels of soluble CD307e have been detected in the blood of patients with multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and mantle cell lymphoma. Because surface-bound CD307e is also highly-expressed on malignant B cells from multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and mantle cell lymphoma patients, CD307e may be a useful therapeutic target for the treatment of these cancers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  This 509F6 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This 509F6 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 µL (1 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
