Peritoneal and tissue macrophages, dendritic cells, and endothelial cells express this antigen on their surface. It is reported that Mac-3 may be identical to CD107b.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  The M3\/84 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: The M3\/84 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow and thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal exudates cells and can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
