Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP) Technology

The Cytek Aurora Evo system elevates what is possible with our FSP technology. The entire emission profile of each fluorochrome is captured at high resolution – using up to 5 lasers and 64 fluorescence detectors. The result is a system that offers the ultimate in assay flexibility and instrument performance across a wide range of applications. Whether you are running immunophenotyping panels, detecting rare events, or analyzing small particles, the Cytek Aurora Evo system ensures our technology can keep pace with your research.

At the heart of the Cytek Aurora Evo system technology is our proprietary combination of high-sensitivity detectors and low noise electronics that provides exceptional resolution, especially for rare events and dim signals. Autofluorescence extraction enhances the investigation and partitioning of complex samples. Reengineered hardware combined with a unique fluidics system maintains high data quality even at high sample throughput.
