Fluorochrome conjugated 11-44-2 is used as a detection secondary for mouse IgA.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  11-44-2 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to detect the surface IgA on mouse B cells.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This 11-44-2 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis to detect a mouse IgA primary antibody and can be used at less than or equal to 0.2 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
