In addition this antibody has been reported positive in strains: AKR, ALR, BUB, C58, CE, HRS,MRL, MON, NZB, NZO, NZW, PL, SJL, ST and SWR. This clone X54-5\/7.1 will not recognize the allelic variant d, present in NOD\/Lt mice. This antibody has been reported to stain RAW264.7 cell line.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported: This X54-5\/7.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This X54-5\/7.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. This may be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
