CD62L is a 76-kDa member of the selectin family that is expressed by neutrophils, monocytes, and subsets of T, B, and NK cells. This cell surface receptor binds glycosylated, fucosylated, sulfated, and sialylated glycoproteins including CD34, GlyCAM-1, and MadCAM-1. These interactions mediate lymphocyte rolling on activated endothelium at sites of inflammation and homing to high endothelial venules of peripheral lymphoid tissues.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  This OX85 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This OX85 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of rat splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
